SWELL: An Evening of Performance for World Water Day

SWELL is an evening of dance devoted to raising public awareness about the critical water issues of our era, created and performed by students of Temple University Department of Dance. The graduate and undergraduate students presenting work are Prudence Anne Amsden, Jiao Li, Zhaomi Lu, Chrissy Eltdevt, Brittany Smith, Xiaomeng Ma, Chenyu Xiong, Qijundi Liu, Morgaine Deleonardis, and Xiaoyin Zhang. It will also feature a special performance by opera singer, Asha Larson and a presentation from environmental scientist and Temple Professor Fletcher Chmarra-Huff and more! This event is scheduled in observance of the United Nations World Water Day. This a free event open to the public.
