Hi everyone.

Just a reminder, we are still having Wednesday night "Ballroom By Request" through the month of May and most likely through the summer. To beat the heat, the studio is always air conditioned, and complete with bathroom facilities, great dance music, chips & salsa, fresh mango or pineapple, cookies, chocolate in some form, personal bottled water, moist towelettes, benches, coffeetables, mints, and oh yeah, I'll always be there.

Please mark your calendars for June 1st. That's a Friday night. We are aware that for many of you, Wednesday nights is difficult, you've got work in the morning, family, church and community meetings, and of course Lost is on, so we understand. That's why we are taking the opportunity of the First Friday of next month to have a Dance party at the Tango411 studio. Very similar to the Wednesday night, and/or the open house format, for those of you that were there back in March, when the studio had dozens of visitors throughout the night, and at one point I taught over 30 people how to Cha Cha all at once (that's a record for me!)

Here's the "411": It is ten bucks a head. There will be food, drink, special door prizes produced by myself, and yes, impromptu lessons in various dances as requested. I'm going to teach a formal lesson from 7-8 in Samba. I was first exposed to the Samba at an early age when I saw Bugs Bunny do it in between moments of running from Elmer fudd who wanted to fry him and feed him to Humphrey Bogart at the time. The Samba helped save his life! Though I didn't actually learn it until years later (about 3 years ago this month to be precise) It is not only my favorite dance, but one of the funnest dances and one of the most upbeat and popular rhythms out there today. And yes, ten bucks includes both the lesson and the dance party.

If you haven't had a chance to check out what this Ballroom By Request is all about, and/or are looking for an excuse to explore a new activity that has the potential to dramatically effect your lifestyle in a very positive way, here's your chance...

Again: "Ballroom By Request summer kickoff Dance party, Friday June 1st, with an open Samba lesson at 7:00, and dancing by request from 8:00 until everyone leaves.

Thanks all

-Joe
