Hey Friends, I'm writing to let you know that I'm offering *$45 bodywork*sessions in May for first timers and folks who haven't been in to see me in over 6 months.
One hour of therapeutic bodywork includes:
*Myofascial *(connective tissue) *Massage* which helps alleviate postural imbalances.
*Muscle Energy Technique*, an osteopathic stretching technique which gently pushes bones back into alignment without cracking.
*Neuromuscular re-education*, retrains your muscles so you stay in alignment.
*Craniosacral Therapy*, a gentle energy technique which balances the rhythm of the cerebrospinal fluid as it washes up and down the spinal cord.
