Koresh School of Dance studios are located at 2020 Chestnut Street, in the heart of Center City. Our two studios are climate-controlled and equipped with Marley covered sprung floors, mirrors, and sound systems. There are also separate men's and women's dressing rooms. Studio A is
50' x 31' and Studio B is 55' x 31'.
RATES FOR REHEARSAL
Special Daytime Rate (between 9am-4pm)
$10 an hour for Philadelphia dance companies and choreographers
$25 an hour for visiting companies and for profit companies
Please note:
All space reservations MUST be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Cancellation Fees: In order for a full refund, all cancellations should be must be made at least 1 week in advance. In order to receive a partial refund, all cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

POLICIES NO food, beverages (other than water in a plastic bottle), glass bottles, or cans are permitted in the studios when they are being used for rehearsals.
