A fun and challenging class incorporating techniques from classical ballet, Horton, jazz to vinyasa yoga to warm up and strengthen the body. An intricate floor exercise will help develop core strength and coordination. A variety of music including African, Middle Eastern, and electronic is used to assist the versatile movements. A great and fun way to stay in shape and start off the weekend.
Dancers with some ballet, modern and jazz background are encouraged, but do not have to be advanced level.
