I was looking for some summer inspiration and asked a bunch of people for their favorite books about art, the creative process, or the life of an artist. I thought you all might be interested in the final list. So far, I've picked up a few and they are great!
One came in the mail today and the opening quote reads
"The Wu Li Masters know that 'science' and 'religion' are only dances, and that those who follow them are dancers. The dancers may claim to follow 'truth' or claim to seek 'reality' but the Wu Li Masters know better. They know that the true love of all dancers is dancing." - Gary Zukav (introduction to Ellen Glichrist's Falling Through Space).
Thank you to all that shared. I hope you find some inspiration to make art!
Best, Olive Prince
