Koresh Dance Company has begun hosting bi-monthly Artist Showcases. We are looking for dancers, musicians, poets, actors to participate in our upcoming Showcase, scheduled for June 7 and 8, 2008.
Participating artists will receive: -free performance opportunity -free rehearsal space (if applicable) -free marketing and advertising -feedback and evaluation -technical support (lighting and sound)
This is a new community initiative that Koresh has started to directly aid local artists in Philadelphia and the surrounding areas. We are interested in all art forms, whether visual or performing, to help diversify each Showcase.
To be involved, please email info@koreshdance.org. You must request an application form, to be completed and submitted at least 2 weeks prior to each Showcase date.
All shows take place at 6pm and 8pm, a total of 4 shows total. If you are unable to participate in all 4 shows, please include that on your application. We are somewhat flexible and can accommodate different schedules.
Show is at the Koresh School of Dance, located at 2020 Chestnut Street. Tickets are $10.
