Shushanna is Level II Certified in the Suhaila Salimpour School of Dance. In this hour-long class, she will teach propper belly dance posture, muscle-based isolations, folkloric foot patterns, timing, dance movement, and layering of all of the above. Belly dance is known for the juxtaposition of soft and hard isolations, complex patterns, and flowing gracefulness.
Each class will focus on a specific movement or muscle group. Some classes may include a specific belly dance prop.
