Come dance in a fun class covering ballet basics in comfortable clothes and eclectic music.
This class starts with a traditional standing ballet barre and other random acts of dancing!
Expect to be challenged, get stronger and have fun all at the same time!
We will benefit fully from the positive strengthening and alignment that ballet has to offer.
The goal is to focus on the bodies we have, not the one that we once had or the one we imagine is possible. We appreciate what we have and we build from there with a good attitude and a positive work ethic.
If you attend and enjoy the class, please post to let others know! With your help and support, we would like to grow and continue affordable, fun ballet in Philadelphia!
All levels are welcomed & encouraged! Wear something comfortable you can move in :)
