This all level class offers the beginner an intro to yoga that focuses on moving with breath and safe alignment while also offering the seasoned yogi a class to deepen their practice incorporating strength and flexibility. Modifications and variations will be introduced and recommended for those that need it. Please bring a yoga mat for use during this class. All fitness levels are welcome and no dance experience is necessary! Drop-ins welcome!
