Ankle strengthening and foot strengthening class designed to build overall strength for pointe work. 20 minute warm up at the barre, tehn barre exercises en pointe, with optional center work. †A non-intimidating atmosphere where adults can build strength on pointe in a nurturing environment.
This class also focuses on coordination fo rbuilding overall core strength to balance en pointe.
