This artist from Madrid is one of the most complete dancers of nowadays. He has a classical and flamenco education and has performed in all kind of shows playing many roles which gives him a lot of versatility and experience. The beginning of his career is where he develops more the classical dance with his participation as soloist in the Ballet Clásico de Zaragoza, years 83/84, soloist of Ballet Español de Madrid (G.I.A.D) where he performs "Yerma"and "El Amargo"de F. Garcia Lorca during 85/87, in these years he also performs in the Festival de Salzsburgounder the direction of Herbert Von Karajan and becomes part of the Ballet Nacional de España the year 87/88.

From that date, Granados start to develop more his flamenco side and starts to perform with some of the best artist of that time like Lola Greco, in the show "Los flamencos somos así" of T.R Pantoja in 1991; withCarmen Cortes, "La memoria del Cobre", of Francisco Suarez; he is also soloist in the show of Familia Farruco in 1995 and perform in the tablaos Venta del Gato and Café de Chinitas of Madrid and El Flamencoof Tokio and performs the show "Trilogía" with the dancers Andrés Marín and Rafael Campallo.

Es también extensa su labor como coreógrafo con trabajos para diversas compañías como la de Yoko komatsubara del 88 al 96; en el espectáculo "Noche Flamenca" en Nueva York (95/97) donde también baila y en "Picasso Flamenco", espectáculo representado en el Teatro Madrid en el 96. En el año 98 presenta su espectáculo flamenco"A nuestro aire" en el Círculo de Bellas Artes de Madrid dentro del Festival de Otoño con el que realiza gira por España y la finaliza en el Festival de Danza de Alburquerque en el 99; Artista invitado y coreógrafo de la "Compañia Andaluza de Danza" en el año 2001; en el 2002 presenta en el IV Festival de Jerez su espectáculo "Sabor Añejo" en el Teatro Villamarta. Artista invitado y coreógrafo en elJoice Theatre NY para la CIA Maria Benítez con la que realiza una gira por los EEUU en el 2003; participa en el 2005 como bailaor y coreógrafo en la producción: "Los Cuatro Elementos" que representa en Madrid, Londres y Nueva York.

The art of Alejandro Granados has been required to perform as guest artist in many shows and Festivals like:"Sonidos Gitanos". (Festivales USA), of Maria Bermúdez in 1998; "Flamenco y Fado" of Ricardo Francoin 1999; "Festival flamenco de S. Francisco" Palace Theatre also in 1999; Gala Internacional de la Danza. TEATRO ALBENIZ. Madrid "El baile flamenco de las nuevas generaciones". of Cristina Hoyos,Teatro Maestranza, Seville in 2000; "Dicotomo" de José Antonio in the 50th Festival Internacional de Musica y Danza de Granada (Teatro del Generalife) in 2001; "Un ,Dos, Tres, Faa" of Mario Maya in 2004 for the Festival de Jerez; "Noche Flamenca" tour in the USA in 2006, 07 y 08; "Moroneando" for Festival Flamenco Mont de Marsan and "Tejidos al Tiempo" of La Choni Compañía Flamenca for the Bienal de Sevilla of 2008.

Special attention needs the work of Granados for shows of theatre/flamenco under the direction of the best directors of Spain like "Yerma" of Nuria Espert in 96 /97; he has been Jasón in "Medea" of Pilar Tavora for the Bienal de Sevilla in 2000; Apolo in "Troya Siglo XXI" Festival de Teatro Clásico de Mérida in 2002;Zeus in "Orestes en Lisboa" for the Bienal de Flamenco de Sevilla 2002; Diego Rivera in the Centenario Homenaje a Frida Kalo.Teatro Nacional de Tokio in 2002 and finally Teseo under the direction of Miguel Narros in 2009 on tour at this moment along Italy and Spain.
