Monthly Contact Improvisation Jam
SECOND SATURDAY OF THE MONTH

The sessions will start with a guided group warm up to build focus and awaken our senses. This will lead us in an open jam. Sessions will explore ways to share body weight, share space and connect with the rhythm of our centers. No previous experience with contact improvisation is necessary to join. Towards the end we will gather at the closing circle to share our experience. Facilitated by Jung Woong Kim and Marion Ramirez.
