Did you know that the 2010 ADA Regulations, effective since March 15, 2011, have implications for how performing-arts organizations shape ticketing and seating policies?

VSA Pennsylvania, Art-Reach and the Greater Philadelphia Cultural Alliance are pleased to present Betty Siegel, Director of Accessibility at the Kennedy Center, to share what these changes mean for you. In this dynamic, informative and timely session, Betty will review the new regulations and discuss best practices for implementing them and the many facets of good accessible ticketing policies including pricing, hold and release policies, ticket exchanges and transfers, and the online sale of accessible seats.

    9:30-10:00am - Light Breakfast & Networking
    10:00-11:30am - Presentation / Q&A

This session is a must-attend for anyone involved in setting and implementing ticketing and seating policies, such as Marketing Directors, Box Office and House Managers, and anyone else involved in ticketing and seating.

This workshop is presented by Independence Starts Here, a community wide cultural-access initiative led by VSA Arts of Pennsylvania and Art-Reach in partnership with the Greater Philadelphia Cultural Alliance and Phillyfunguide.com
