I did not receive a confirmation for my order on Dance Box Office, help?
If your credit card processed without any issues, you would have been directed to a confirmation/thank you page with your order number. That number and your full name is all that is needed to pick up
your tickets at the venue.
Additional confirmation is sent by email as well. Be sure your check your spam folder before opening a trouble ticket.
AOL users may experience additional issues with receiving confirmation emails, basically because their email system is prohibitive (trying to be polite here). Unless you decide to provide another
email address, you may continue to have difficulty receiving email from our system. Feel free to open a trouble ticket and check back in 24 hours because most likely AOL will have a problem with our
trouble ticket email as well.
